All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched:

After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to our fulfillment center where we will ship your item(s) out within 2-5 business days.


International orders outside the US may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country.

After handling, we offer free shipping on all orders.

delays because of processing and transport.

All shipments receive tracking numbers that are sent to customers.  

If you have not received your order within the time frame specified above, then please check your email account for shipping notifications.

We will send you a tracking number by email when your items have been shipped. It can take a few days following order shipment before the Tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. 

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 7 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-7 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
